Information You Provide: Part & Parcel collects personal information about you when you interact with our Sites, including when you create an account, join our mailing list, make a purchase, or engage in an online chat with our customer service representatives. The information we may collect includes:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- address (shipping and billing);
- telephone number;
- Your month and day of birth;
- clothing size and information about your clothing preferences;
- items you are seeking to purchase;
- special requests and information that you choose to share with us; and
- other personal information you share with us at a Part & Parcel pop-up location or event in person.
To register as P&P Partner on our Service, you may also need to provide additional personal information, such as your social security number, tax identification number and full date of birth. You may also provide other information, such as your photograph, social media profiles and information in your completed and digitally signed online Independent Partner Agreement. Upon the termination of the relationship between Part & Parcel and the P&P Partner, Part & Parcel will keep the P&P Partner’s personal information for lawful purposes only.
If you make a purchase through our Sites or authorize a P&P Partner to submit your order through the Service as described above, our third-party payment processor service providers may also collect billing information, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, credit card or debit card number, and billing and shipping addresses. If you make a purchase over the phone, we will collect this personal information and share it with our third-party payment processor service providers.
We also collect varying amounts of personal information based on how you engage with us. For example, some of the additional places we collect personal Information are when you register to receive communications from us, contact or communicate with us, participate in surveys, enter contests or promotions, submit a product review, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, access or use our pages or accounts on any third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest, or otherwise interact with us online or by phone, mail, fax, or in person.
Information We Automatically Collect: We may automatically collect personal information from your use of devices that you use to interact with our Sites, as well as from your interaction with emails that we send to you. The personal information we automatically collect may include your geolocation and other data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, the webpage you visited before coming to our Site, pages you visited on our Sites, time spent on those pages, information you searched for on the Sites, when and for how long you visited the Sites, and similar information, which we collect through cookies, beacons, and other technologies. The information we automatically collect will be associated with any personal information that you have provided to us.
We may use this information to provide you location-based advertisements and social media posts. We may also use this personal information for analytics purposes. You may be able to discontinue our collection of geolocation information by changing the app's settings or the location settings on your mobile device.
Information We Receive From Other Sources: We receive personal information about you from other sources to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our service to you, prevent or detect fraud, and for other business purposes. For example, if you access our website through a third-party connection or log-in (e.g., through Facebook), such third-party may pass certain Information about your use of its service to us. We may also receive Information about you from third parties such as our business partners and service providers. We may also obtain other Information about you such as change of address, contact information, or demographic information from commercially or publicly available sources. We may give you the opportunity to tell your friends about product information and promotions.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Part & Parcel may use the personal information it collects about you for a number of purposes, including to:
- facilitate your shopping experience and transactions, including processing and fulfilling purchases, communicating about orders and their status, and personalizing the customer experience where possible;
- offer you information, recommendations, and promotional material about the products and services you see on our Sites;
- promote our P&P Partners;
- monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting problems and resolving disputes;
- provide you with an interactive social media experience that allows you to connect your social networking community to our Sites;
- develop a personal profile about you that combines personal information you have provided with personal information about you we have obtained from third parties;
- analyze the performance and functioning of our Sites;
- study how our customers use our digital properties and to perform other market research;
- provide you with advertisements based on your interests;

Part & Parcel may, from time to time, publish a P&P Partner’s personal information (for example, name, photograph, sales results and achievements) to recognize the P&P Partner’s achievements and help motivate other P&P Partners. These promotions will not contain personal information about their customers.

We do not rent or sell your personal information with nonaffiliated companies or their employees, except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

To facilitate communications among our network of P&P Partners, we may share P&P Partners’ or prospective P&P Partners’ contact information with other P&P Partners.
As part of our service and to make sure customers needs are met, we may refer customers to a P&P Partner. If a P&P Partner terminates his or her account, we may share the P&P Partner’s customer contact information with another P&P Partner to service those customers.
To Comply with Laws
Part & Parcel may disclose personal information to other third parties, including law enforcement authorities, when such disclosure appears necessary to comply with the law, a subpoena or other litigation process or to protect the interests or safety of its visitors and customers, Part & Parcel employees or others, where we determine that doing so is appropriate to:
- enforce our Terms of Service;
- protect our property, services, and legal rights;
- provide maintenance services, database management, and similar site-related services;
- prevent physical harm to persons or the property of others;
- prevent fraud or other illegal activity against Part & Parcel and others;
- support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions;
- comply with subpoenas, court orders, or similar legal processes, including to law enforcement agencies, regulators and courts; or
- comply with any and all applicable laws.
Aggregated, Non-Identifying Information: Part & Parcel may share aggregated information that is not individually identifiable (or personal information) with third parties for industry analysis, demographic analysis, and targeted ad delivery.

This information may be shared with these third parties for this purpose. HOW TO MODIFY OR DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We provide you with the opportunity to update and/or delete certain personal information and to opt-out of having your personal information used or disclosed for certain purposes. For example, you may

- request access to your personal information.
You may exercise your choices at the time of your account registration, via your online account if you are a P&P Partner, following the instructions provided in communications sent to you or by contacting us at email@example.com.
Because we plan our communications in advance, it may take up to several weeks for your request to become effective. If you continue to receive our communications after expressing an opt-out preference, please let us know so that we can investigate the situation. We will, however, continue to send transaction-based communications if you place an order, request a sample, request customer support, register a product, or make similar requests.
Please be aware that if you do not allow us to collect and use your personal information, we may not be able to deliver certain products, promotions, and offerings to you. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
HOW PART & PARCEL PROTECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION
Part & Parcel uses industry-standard security techniques on the Sites to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you at the Sites. However, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us. BUSINESS TRANSFERS AND CORPORATE CHANGES

- to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of one or more of the Sites; or

Our Services and communications may contain links to other websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest ("Linked Sites"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any Linked Sites, even if you link to them from our website or communications. This Privacy Notice does not apply to any Linked Sites. We have no control over the collection or use of Information, including personal information, on any Linked Sites. We encourage you to read and understand the privacy practices of any Linked Sites that you visit.
INFORMATION WE TRANSFER
Under Age 13
Our Sites are general audience sites not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 on our Sites without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). Under Age 18
Minors under 18 years of age may have the personal information that they provide to us through the Site deleted by sending an email to email@example.com requesting deletion. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by Part & Parcel to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year.
